By hollington, the garments are delivered unfinished (jacket sleeves and pants hems). The costs generated by the fitting will be at your expense. The setting to lengths can in no case be organized by email or by phone.
However, if you choose the "store pick-up" option, you will be offered the fitting to your own measurements (excluding sales periods) – and we will even offer you (good) coffee!

Dry clean only

This waistcoat is cut from a linen and cotton honeycomb, which is drier to the touch than a cotton and wool blend. Its special soapy finish makes its extremely soft and rare. One can feel the structure to the touch, and it is very summery - it is that of a bathrobe, of a thick canvas that breathes. A white thread illuminates the colour of the sky-blue thread. Elegant, it is a waistcoat that can be worn over chinos or with a dark blue denim jacket or light linen.

You would lie to stay elegant but prefer wearing a waistcoat than a jacket, which sometimes looks overdressed? Then the patch-pocket waistcoat will become a central piece of your wardrobe. Its cut is the one of a three-piece suit: it should be close fitting without ever restraining you. That is why we suggest you should pick a size smaller than your jacket’s size. If your jacket says 52, choose a size 50! Hollington’s waistcoat shows a V-shape collar and is traditionally worn with the lower button open. The back fabric is the same as the front fabric and it has no plait to respect the pure aesthetics of the clothing line. It also holds two side slits allowing a perfect freedom of movement, and a slightly plunging cut. Inside is a zipped chest pocket large enough to contain your wallet. Outside, three patch pockets are maintained by topstitched seams. Hollington favours double, symmetrical seams to underline the ‘work wear’ aspect of the garment even when it is not made of work wear canvas.
