The jacket shown here is cut in an ultramarine eco-responsible Super Soft Tweed. This very soft tweed is made in Italy from carded wool, born from a process of recovering raw materials. Strung like a classic tweed, these durable woollen threads are warm yet supple. The finishing process, a specific washing and calendering, adds incredible softness. This light woollen fabric has a welcoming comfort and mixes navy-blue and green hues. The pattern is a stripe that alternates two textures: twill and rice-grain.
In case you don’t know hollington’s Lyon jacket, just try it on and you will not be able to go without it anymore.
Do you like hollington’s work wear style, the simple and comfortable style of its line? This jacket gathers all of these distinctive features.
Its carpenter collar is directly assembled to the jacket. You can choose to turn it up on cold days for a urban, James Dean style. If your style is more classical, imitate Rodin during the bell époque and put it down in a painter fashion.
The cut is slightly fit, but Patric kept it comfortable by adding a back slit that gives you a great freedom of movement. One can wear it over a shirt for a smart look or over a thick Irish sweater in more relaxed times.
The four inside zipped pockets are very deep in order to fit all of your everyday tools: notebook, passport, wallet, handbook, watercolours, smartphone… There are also four outside piped pockets, and two of them are bevel-cut for a contemporary look.
