At hollington, there is no minimum purchase amount to order online. However, you will be charged a shipping fee for any order under £250.

You can place an order by phone from Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm at +33 (0)1 43 25 54 79. However, if you go through this channel, your internet customer account history will not be updated.

Yes ! For an optimal result, mention as many details as possible about the item you are looking for (size, cut, fabric, colour, age of the piece, photo).

 

If you encounter any difficulties with your purchase, we will endeavour to satisfy you as soon as possible. Yes! Reservation of items is possible for a period of two working days. For this, you just need to contact our customer service by filling in the following form. After this two-day period, the hollington team reserves the right to put the item back on sale.

Your cart will remain online for one hour without being deleted. However, the cart will be deleted if you leave the page or log out of your account.

If you have placed items in your basket, you are in no way obliged to buy them. Buying online works the same way as buying in real life. That is, it is possilbe to place items in your basket and then delete them. It is only when finalising the order that you decide which items you want to buy.

The hollington online shop offers a wide range of items available for sale in our physical shop.

When you select an item, you will be taken directly to its description sheet. You must select your size to add it to your basket. If the size is greyed out or crossed out, this means that the size in question is not available in stock.

The next step is to select the size you want to add to your basket.

Then you can either pay right away or continue shopping. You have the option to remove the item from your basket if you don't want to buy it after all.

When this page is completed, a secure page for your online payment opens. Once the payment has been accepted, the purchase process is complete. You will then receive a confirmation that your order has been processed.

Yes, gift vouchers are available for purchase on the website. Simply choose the amount of the gift you wish to offer and place your order. Your gift voucher will be sent to you by email. It can be used for one year on our website. To use it, simply enter the gift code indicated on the voucher when you pay for your order.

Following payment of your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email within a maximum of one hour. If you do not receive this email, please contact us by email eshop@hollington.fr or by phone at +33 (0)1 43 25 54 79.

Clicking on your shopping cart will open a page containing an overview of your order. Below the list of your items is the "Enter a promotional code" box.

You can cancel your order as long as it has not left our shop. Otherwise, you can contact us directly by phone at +33 (0)1 43 25 54 79 or write to eshop@hollington.fr and we will proceed with the cancellation and refund of your order.

If your order is already in the process of being delivered, you will have to wait until you receive your package. If your order has already been delivered, you will have to wait for your package to arrive and then return the items within 14 working days.

Note: you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

hollington offers two collections a year: spring-summer and autumn-winter. The majority of cloting in the collection is not carried over from one year to the next. However, the "great hollington classics" regularly come back in stock. We therefore invite you to complete this form in order to be kept informed of any possible replenishment.

You can choose between different payment methods:

- Payment by credit card: We work with PayPlug, a secure online payment service. You can thus pay by CB, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

- Paiement par PayPal :You can also pay with your Paypal account.

 

- Payment by cheque: At hollington, we accept pyment by French check only. Send your check made payable to P.H.D hollington to the postal address: hollington Internet service, 9 rue Racine, 75006 Paris. 

 

- Payment by bank transfer: This process takes more time, because it depends on the conditions specific to each bank. One we receive your bank transfer with your name, we will ship your order.

 

- Payment in installments

It is possible to pay your order in several installements thanks to the Alma card, activated on the Almapay application[ad2] . You can choose a payment in 2 or 3 times. To do so, choose "payment with Alma", enter the requested information, and the validation of payment will be instantaneous. Financial information is automatically encrypted.

 

 


If your payment has not been accepted, this may be due to various factors. In this case, it is best to contact your bank. Most of the time, the error can be rectified very quickly.

Once your order is validated, your Paypal account or your bank account will be debited immediately.

The electronic version of your invoice is sent to you automatically once your order is validated. The invoice can then be viewed and is downloadable from your hollington customer account. Its paper version is no longer sent automatically; however, it will be attached to the parcel at your request.

The shipping costs for a "standard" delivery are :

- 8 € for France.

- 10€ for European Union countries.

- 28€ for countries hors European Union.

For all orders over 250 euros, shipping is free!

 

The shipping costs for an "express" delivery by our service provider UPS amount to :

- 25 € for France.

- 28€ for European Union countries.

For countries hors European Union, this service is not available.

 

You can also pick up your order free of charge in shop thanks to the "pick up in shop" option.

Delivery times for "standard" shipping depend on the destination of your order:

- from 2 to 5 working days for metropolitan France.

- from 3 to 10 working days for European countries.

- from 5 to 21 working days for all other destinations, unless otherwise specified when ordering.

Delivery times for "express" shipping are 24 to 48 hours for metropolitan France and European Union member countries.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package and a link to follow the progress of the delivery on the carrier's website.

It is entirely possible to have your order delivered to a country other than the one from which the order was placed. Caution: upon receipt of your order, you may be required to pay taxes relating to the laws in force in the country of delivery (particularly if it is located in the E.U.)

Hollington cloting is all made in France, Italy, Portugal and Pologn. Since 1974, Patric Hollington has been constantly looking for the best craftmen and craftmen to make his pieces. With his long experience, he offers alternatives for your overdue clothes. It is quite normal for denim to bleed slightly when first used. The dye used, 100% natural, is indigo. The dye bath will be permanently fixed and the dye will no longer bleed after two or three dry cleaning sessions. Avoid combining your denim with white garments in the early stages of your acquisition.

The denim will not bleed after two or three dry cleaning runs.
