hollington loyalty program

Points are earned at checkout in the Hollington store or on www.hollington.fr, as follows:

  • €1 / £1 / $1 spent = 1 point
  • Each point is valid for 3 years from the date of the qualifying purchase
  • Points are not awarded for purchases paid with gift cards, store credits, or loyalty vouchers.
  • If an item is refunded (including via gift card), the corresponding points will be deducted from the Member’s loyalty account.

The accumulation of points entitles the Member, within their validity period, to receive vouchers redeemable on their next purchase (from the following day), both in-store and on www.hollington.fr, according to the following scale:

Loyalty vouchers are issued only upon the express request of the Member at the time of payment. They are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment. When a voucher is used for a purchase, its value is applied to the total amount of the order.

In the event of a return of an item purchased in-store or on www.hollington.fr, paid for wholly or partly with a loyalty voucher, the points used for that purchase will be permanently forfeited and will not be recredited. Refunds will be made based on the actual amount paid per item, after the proportional application of the voucher.

Loyalty vouchers are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue. Membership in the P.H.D. SARL (HOLLINGTON) Loyalty Programme entitles the Member to receive information about the Hollington brand, exclusive offers reserved for Programme Members, and updates regarding their loyalty account via email, SMS, and/or post.
