This is the 20 pockets waistcoat hollington cut in a summer stretch cotton twill sand. A must-have fabric to enjoy sunny days. Neither too light nor too heavy (350g), our cotton serge is piece dyed. Thus the color is dense and assumed. The twill weave allows to obtain a slight relief – yes canvas are sometimes boring – and recalls our attachment to workwear. The addition of elastane gives the necessary comfort to face the vagaries of everyday life. In short a classic with allure and that hides well his game. Over time, our twill will age advantageously.

Designed forty years ago on the corner of a tablecloth at the Balzar brasserie, this waistcoat kept evolving ever since. The initial idea was for it to usefully replace a bag, so it holds 18 outside pockets, including five pen pockets on the chest and two buttoned pockets on the backside. The other ones, narrow or large, will allow you to stay organized: glasses, passport, keys, tools, pocket book, newspaper, secateurs, paintbrushes, stethoscope, lenses, score, musical instrument, tape measure and others will easily find their place.

Since 1974, season after season, the 20-pocket waistcoat has become an iconic item of the hollington brand. Its cut is longer than the one of a classic waistcoat, so you can go without wearing a jacket. You may enjoy it over a jumper or a Tee shirt, or pull an overcoat on it.
