These flat-front trousers with a plunging cut are made in a stretch, light and comfortable cloth. They are dyed after production, a process that gives them a subtle vintage aspect. The inside details are of the same colour as the trousers – an amusing fancy. Here in a raspberry colour.
Our low-waist trousers are made in a family workshop in Apulia, near Bari. Why there? Because Angelo, his wife, his daughter and thirty more people have been tailoring men’s trousers - exclusively - for 28 years. Each pair of trousers produced by them is the sum of a long-lasting experience, demand, and know-how. By choosing them, you are choosing a high-quality product made with care and which details are meant to simplify your life.
The two back pockets are deep (very convenient), with a double sewing line (stylish) and buttons (to secure the absent-minded among you). The side pockets are diagonally assembled and large enough even for the ones with big hands. Inside each pocket is a tiny secret one for your change. You won’t loose your coins anymore, even when sitting down in your car.
The trousers hold a triple button closure, which is fastidious but efficient at keeping them in position. There are also eight loops at the waist so your belt does not move - but of course you’ll grumble about the one you missed. If you like the buckle to be centered, please use the pin buckle placed for you.
As for style, the cut is plunging - i.e. with a back higher than the front - to avoid the builder’s bum effect. This rounded cut is also more comfortable for the ones wearing their trousers in a low fashion. The trousers ideally fit the hips, and their traditional manufacturing make width alterations easier.
All friction points are covered with a cotton binding, and woolen trousers are lined down to mid-tight.
We chose a moderately narrow ankle opening (20 cm) for your silhouette to look slender. The legs are not hemmed so you can have them fit to your exact size.
