This is THE latest addition to the collections of Inis Meáin, the company founded by Tarlach de Blácam to combat the desertification of his island. The cut of this merino, cashmere, baby alpaca and silk cardigan jacket is inspired by the knitted jackets worn by fishermen on the Irish island. It is dense and fairly heavy, and the wool is tightly knitted to leave no room for draughts. Its hand is soft, thanks to the addition of cashmere, and its colour is the deep black-blue of the Nordic seas in winter.
