the fabric
This is the Siza trousers cut in a pure wool twill naturally stretch black. Crease resistant and light but with hand, here is an high end four seasons fabric. The black, very deep, has a matte finish – no shiny fabric. The hand is soft and the tombé fluid. All the know-how and expertise of the wool in northern Italy is expressed in this classic men’s wardrobe. The hollington wardrobe has brought back a classic in a luxurious and extremely comfortable version, thanks to the fact that our serge is both naturally stretchable and lightweight.

Our Siza trousers with a flat front and low waist are tailored by a Portuguese specialist of dress uniforms and suits. He has been excelling at it for over forty years.

The cut of these Italian trousers is a plunging cut i.e., higher behind than in front. This helps prevent the ‘uncovered buttocks’ effect. It is also more comfortable if you wear your pants with the crotch rather low: they fit well on the hips. Their traditional manufacture will allow it to be enlarged or tightened easily.

The trousers close with a triple button fastening. This may seem tedious, but you can be sure that they will stay in place... The waist has six loops so your belt will not move.

The one back pockets is deep, double piped (for style) and buttoned to secure the absent-minded among you. The side bevel pockets are wide enough to accommodate large hands.

We have chosen moderately narrow ankle opening (19 cm) so that it is easy to put on, but also to flatter your figure.

The friction points are covered with cotton bias and the set is lined up to mid-thigh when in wool.
