the fabric

This is the Siza trousers hollington cut in a summer stretch cotton twill old-pink. A must-have fabric to enjoy sunny days. Neither too light nor too heavy (350g), our cotton serge is piece dyed. Thus the color is dense and assumed. The twill weave allows to obtain a slight relief – yes canvas are sometimes boring – and recalls our attachment to workwear. The addition of elastane gives the necessary comfort to face the vagaries of everyday life. In short a classic with allure and that hides well his game. Over time, our twill will age advantageously.

the cut

Our Siza trousers with a flat front and low waist are tailored by a Portuguese specialist of dress uniforms and suits. He has been excelling at it for over forty years.

The cut of these Italian trousers is a plunging cut i.e., higher behind than in front. This helps prevent the ‘uncovered buttocks’ effect. It is also more comfortable if you wear your pants with the crotch rather low: they fit well on the hips. Their traditional manufacture will allow it to be enlarged or tightened easily.

The trousers close with a triple button fastening. This may seem tedious, but you can be sure that they will stay in place... The waist has six loops so your belt will not move.

The one back pockets is deep, double piped (for style) and buttoned to secure the absent-minded among you. The side bevel pockets are wide enough to accommodate large hands.

We have chosen moderately narrow ankle opening (19 cm) so that it is easy to put on, but also to flatter your figure.

The friction points are covered with cotton bias and the set is lined up to mid-thigh when in wool.
